We offer a 28-days return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at email@example.com within 28 days from the delivery date to arrange for an exchange or refund. To return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:
Returns and exchanges are processed within 7-14 days upon receipt of the package. Please consider sending the return package with tracking information (registered package). We are not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.
Refunds are issued only through the Original Mode of Payment. If a coupon was used and you requested a partial refund (for example, you bought two items and want to return one), the coupon value will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges of return packages are at the customer’s expense. Items not returned will not be refunded. All exchanges are subject to availability and will be shipped with our shipping option “Free Shipment”.
Failure to follow the instructions may cause delay of your refund or receiving of your exchanged item or refusal of the refund or exchange.
We would like to kindly remind you, all the to-be-returned items must be in new or unused condition with original packaging and materials included. “New or unused condition” means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, signs of use or wear nor any other damage(s) to the item. We reserve the right to make deductions on the refund amount or refuse the refund or exchange if the item is not in new or unused condition.
Please note that items on sale (items with a discount on their base price) are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty items will be exchanged by the same item or another item of your preference, subject to availability.
